About The Author

I was inspired by the past (my parents and grandparents) and the future(my 2 kids) to write this workbook.

Combining my earlier background in corporate training and writing, I created this workbook for individuals living in the USA. Using the Hindu values taught to me by my parents and grandparents, I tried to provide a Hindu perspective to the final journey.
